WARNING: ONLY BUY THIS PRODUCT IF YOU NEVER USE THE HENRY TOOLKIT
My husband and I run a pub and have used "Henry" cleaners for years. We ordered this replacement hose when the current one split and although it appears similar it is not. The end of the hose where you attach all the tools is longer than on a genuine Henry hose, and so the double ended connector for the tools gets swallowed up, not leaving enough room for the tools themselves. As soon as you try and use a tool it just falls off the end.
I contacted the company that supplied the hose to complain and request a postage label so that I could return for a refund. In two weeks I have still not had a reply.
The hose works fine with the steel pipes for floor cleaning - if that is all you ever do with a Henry then you will have no problems.

Well sadly my Henry needed a new hose and bought this one. It's very strong, robust and does it's job perfectly. No loss in suction and overall pleased with this product.
I love my Henry; the best hovers about and after many years of use he needed some maintenance work wish in this case was a new hose. Still cheaper than a new hoover and would never ever throw my Henry out as he's the best there is. After many years of use he still does a fab job at sucking up anything in his path, he's still like when i bought him in terms of suction power, although he does look a bit tacky now on the outside but still works great on the inside :)
Great length to so not having to keep/drag hoover rite next to you when cleaning.
I did contact seller prior to buying with my model number to ensure it would fit and it did fit perfectly. If in doubt get the model number off your hoover and contact seller to confirm if it will fit your hoover. I had a quick reply to say it was.
Worth the money, has given my Henry hoover a new lease of life. Hopefully it will last for many more years to come which i'm sure it will.
